摘 要:为了提高羊绒纤维在运输过程中羊绒回潮率的质量稳定,避免不必要的贸易纠纷,采用自制控湿剂PS、PS-1对山羊绒进行控湿处理,通过测试处理后羊绒纤维的回潮率和控湿率判断控湿效果较好.研究控湿剂用量在不同的温度和湿度条件下,对山羊绒控湿作用的影响,并以羊绒手感和机械性能作为梳纺性能评价指标.结果表明,随着控湿剂用量增加,处理后山羊绒控湿性、回潮率逐渐下降,羊绒纤维断裂强力和断裂伸长率明显提高.综合控湿效果、断裂强力和断裂伸长率性能指标及经济环保等因素,选择控湿剂PS、PS-1用量为5%(o.w.f.)时,处理后的羊绒控湿性可达到最佳效果.The self-made humidity control agent PS, moisture regain and moisture control rate of treated PS-1 were used to cashmere, through testing the cashmere to determine the moisture control effect. The effect of humidity control agent on cashmere at different temperature and humidity conditions was inspected and the cashmere humidity control effects, cashmere handle and mechanical properties were as the comb spinning performance evaluation index. The results show that with the increase of humidity control agent, the wet control property, moisture regain were decreased gradually but the breaking strength and elongation were increased. Based on an overall consideration of wet effect, breaking strength, elongation and economic environmental factors, when the humidity control agent PS, PS-1 was 5% (o. w. f. ), the humidity control property of treated cashmere can achieve the best effect.
