摘 要:根据压缩拉伸原理,自行设计了简单而有效的毛巾柔软性测试装置.将毛巾从圆形环孔中穿过,模拟织物柔软性主观评价时人手对织物的触摸作用.应用此测试方法可反映出毛巾织物在低应力作用下的多种力学特征,且操作简单、信息容量大、综合性强.分析毛巾柔软性测试过程中各阶段力学作用特点,获取最优装置尺寸参数与测试速度.同时提出表征毛巾织物柔软性的9个特征指标.The softness of towel fabric was analyzed, according to the principle of compression and tensile measures, a simple device for towel softness test was designed to find and explore the feasibility of towel softness test. Putting the towel goes through the circular hole, imitate the flexibility of subjective evaluation on the effects of hands' touching. A series/of mechanical properties of towel fabric under the action of low stress were reflected by this way. This testing methed not only provides a large information capacity but also simple and comprehensive. The timum test parameters. Meanwhile nine characteristic mechanical properties was analyzed to find the opindexes of towel fabric softness are put forward.
