摘 要:目的探讨芪苈强心胶囊对兔心肌梗死后心力衰竭血流动力学影响及其可能机制。方法成年健康新西兰兔建立心梗模型,建模成功2周时将心梗组兔随机分5组、假手术组1组,共6组,连续给药4周,4周后检测相关指标。结果与模型对照组比较,依那普利组、芪苈强心胶囊高剂量组及中剂量组的心输出量、心功能指数有明显改善(P〈0.05);而心率、血管外肺水指数、胸腔内血容量指数有明显减低(P〈0.05);芪苈强心胶囊高、中、低剂量组三组的上述指标有明显差异(P〈0.05);电镜观察发现芪苈强心胶囊高剂量组超微结构相对完整,中剂量组次之,低剂量组最差。结论芪苈强心胶囊能改善兔AMI后心力衰竭的血流动力学状态,其可能机制是改善心肌超微结构,且其作用随剂量的增大而更加明显。Objective To observe the effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule on hemodynamics of on heart failure after myocardial infarction(MI) on rabbit and explor its possible mechanism. Methods Adult healthy New Zealand rabbits were used to establish MI model,2 weeks after the model established,we randomly divided the MI rabbits into 5 groups,and sham-operated group,a total of six groups, Continuous administration for four weeks, related indexes were taken after four weeks.Results Compared with the model group's,enalapril group's, high-dose Qiliqiangxin capsule group's, median-dose group's cardiac index, cardiac function index were significantly superior (P〈0.05); while heart rate, extravascular lung water index, intrathoracic blood volume index were significantly lower(P〈0.05); The above indexes were significantly different from each other in high, median, low-dose Qiliqiangxin capsule group's(P〈0.05).electron microscope revealed that high-dose Qiliqiangxin capsule group's ultrastructure is relatively complete, the median-dose group's is in second, low-dose group's is the worst.Conclusions The Qiliqiangxin capsule can improve hemodynamic of heart failure after MI in rabbit,the mechanism is likely to improving myocardial ultra-structure, and its effects increases as the dose increas.
