摘  要:在十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB),乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)存在下,以五水硫酸铜和草酸钠为原料,利用微波水热法合成疏松多孔球状纳米氧化铜。并用热分析仪(TG—TDA)、粉末X射线衍射仪(XRD)以及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对产物进行了表征。此外,用平板涂布法研究了纳米氧化铜对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、沙门杆菌、绿脓杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌性能,并且研究了纳米氧化铜对这5种细菌的梯度抗菌浓度。结果表明,所制得的纳米氧化铜颗粒直径分布在600—900nm之间,对5种细菌均具有优良的抗菌性能,对绿脓杆菌和沙门杆菌的抗菌作用更加明显,其最低浓度已经降低至3.75μg/mL,实现了抗菌低浓度化。In the present of Hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium Bromide (CTAB) and Ethylenediamine tetraacetic aceid disodium salt (EDTA), loosened porousball copper( II ) oxide nanoparticles were synthesized by microwave assisted hydrothermal method using cupric sulfate pentahydrate and sodium oxalate two - water as the starting materials. Several measuring methods were used to characterize the loosened nanoporous cupric oxide , such as TG - DTA , XRD and SEM. In addition, the antibacterial properties of nanosized cupric oxide and the gradient antibacterial concentration were studied to colon bacillus, Bacillus subtilis, Salmonella typhimurium, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus by Flating- Coating method. The results show that the particle diameter of the obtained nanosized cupric oxide distributes in the range of 600 -900 nm and it has very good antibacterial performance to all five kinds of bacterias. Especially Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Salmonella antimicrobial concentration has been reduced to 3.75 ug/mL, realizing antibacterial low concentration.
