摘  要:为研究氨氮在鲤鱼养殖中的毒性,选取健康均匀的黄河鲤150尾分为4组,设置氨氮浓度分别为0.071、0.143、0.284、0.427mg/L的4个试验组和1个对照组,对黄河鲤鱼(Cyprinus carpio)幼鱼进行毒性试验,试验处理7、14、28、35d后取样测定氨氮对鲤鱼肠道和肝胰脏蛋白酶活性影响。结果表明,低浓度氨氮短期内提高了肠道和肝胰脏蛋白酶的活性,但是随着浓度的增加试验时间的延长,氨氮降低了消化道和肝胰脏中的蛋白酶的活性,方差分析结果表明,长时间染毒条件下高浓度组与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。To study the toxic effects of ammonia on Cyprinus carpio. 0. 071,0. 143,0. 284 and 0. 427 mg/L four ammonia levels with one control group were set to 150 healthy Cyprinus carpio for research. The samples were tested in the experiment of 0,7, 14, 28 and 35 d. The activity of protease on intestine and hepatopancreas were determined. The results showed as follows: Low concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the short term improved the activity of proteases in intestine and hepatiopancreas, but with the concen- tration increased and testing time prolonged, the activity of proteases in intestine and hepatiopanereas de- creased. There was significant differences between high concentration group and control, subjects to a long time by variance analysis (P 〈 0.05) .
