摘　　要：产气荚膜梭菌β毒素是引起人和动物食物中毒、气性坏疽和坏死性肠炎的一种致死性毒素。论文主要针对产气荚膜梭菌β毒素的基因和蛋白的分子结构及其致病机理进行介绍,对几种重要分子生物学检测技术的研究进展以及各自的优缺点进行分析,对产气荚膜梭菌的预防和治疗的方法进行了概括,为产气荚膜梭菌β毒素的进一步研究提供参考。β toxin of Clostridium perfringens is one of the most important toxins caused food poisoning, gas gangrene and necrotizing enterocolitis in humans and animals. This article introduced the genome and the molecular structure of the protein of β toxin and the pathogenic mechanism, summarized the research progress on several important molecular biological detection technologies and analyzed their advantages and disadvantages, respectively, and made an overview about the methods for the prevention and treatment of Clostridium perfringens. This will provide a theoretical basis for further study of Clostridium perfrin- gensβ toxin
