一株与奶牛关节脓肿相关的致病性奇异变形杆菌的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：为查明甘肃省某奶牛场奶牛关节脓肿的病因和选择治疗用敏感药物,采用细菌分离培养、革兰染色镜检和16SrDNA测序分析对采集的奶牛关节脓液进行细菌分离鉴定,通过小鼠致病性试验和药敏试验检测其致病性和耐药性。结果表明,分离的细菌为奇异变形杆菌;该菌对小鼠有较强的致病性,对头孢类抗生素和氟苯尼考中度敏感,对青霉素、阿莫西林、庆大霉素、卡那霉素、四环素、氟哌酸、复方新诺明严重耐药,抑菌圈直径均为0。表明从奶牛关节脓肿的脓液中分离的奇异变形杆菌有较强的致病力和多重耐药性。In order to identify the cause of joint abscess of dairy cows in Gansu province and choose sensitive drugs for treatment,joint pus sample collected from diary cow suffering from joint abscess was isolated and identified by the bacterial isolation and culture, Gram staining and 16 S rDNA sequence analysis. Pathoge- nicity and drug resistance were detected by mouse pathogenicity and drug sensitivity tests. The results showed that the isolate is Proteus mirabilis, which had strong pathogenicity in mice. The Proteus mirabilis was sensitive to cephalosporins and florfenicol, resistant to penicillin, amoxicillin, gentamicin, kanamycin neomycin, tetracycline, norfloxacin, cotrimoxazole. This indicated that the isolate had strong virulence and multiple drug resistance.
