摘　　要：对姚孟电厂3#300MW机组凝汽器现状进行了介绍,分析了影响凝汽器性能的主要原因,提出了改造目标和方案。在机组大修期间按新排管方式重新更换了冷却管,更改了凝汽器内部结构并更换了前、后水室。通过改造前后的热力试验数据对比,各项性能指标均达到改造要求。Giving description of the status and problems of condenser of Unit No. 3（300MW） in the Yanmeng Thermalpower Station, this paper presents the analyses on main reasons that have affected performance of the condenser, followed by details of purpose and principle of rehabilitation scheme of the condenser. During the overhauling of the unit, the cooling tubes, tube plates, support plates, and tile front and rear water poxes were replae, ed according to the scheme. Comparison indicates that all performance data meet the requirements after completion of the rehabilitation.
