摘  要:为研究磷酸根浓度对多年生黑麦草(Lolium perenne L.)种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,试验设定5个磷酸根浓度:0(作为CK)、25、50、75、100mmol/L进行发芽试验,统计每天的发芽种子数和在第7天测定芽长和根长。试验结果表明,磷酸根浓度为25mmol/L时黑麦草种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和种子活力都比0mmol/L(CK)和其他处理高,但随着浓度的升高种子的萌发受到显著的抑制(P<0.05),高浓度的磷酸根对种子萌发不利;种子幼苗在25mmol/L条件下芽长和根长都比0mmol/L略有降低,随着磷酸根浓度的升高而幼苗生长受到的抑制也显著性增强(P<0.05),并且各磷酸根浓度对幼根的抑制比芽严重。多年生黑麦草种子在25mmol/L的磷酸根浓度下萌发情况最好,且对幼苗的芽和幼根的抑制较小。The research was conducted to study the effects of different phosphate concentration on germination and seedling growth of perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.). The experiment was designed as 5 phosphate concentration levels that 0 (as CK), 25, 50, 75 and 100 mmol/L. The author counted the burgeon seed number every day, and measured the seedling’s plumule and root length at the seventh day. Results showed that the perennial ryegrass seed germination energy, germination ratio, index of injury and vigor are higher at the level of 25 mmol/L than 0 mmol/L, but the seeds germination injury was significant inhibition (P0.05) with the rise of the phosphate concentration, the higher phosphate concentration was not good for seed germination. The seedling’s plumule and root length were shorter under the 25 mmol/L than CK. And the seedling injury was significant enhanced (P0.05) with phosphate concentration increase, the root was more serious than bud under the same density. Collectively, perennial ryegrass seed had a better germination performance at 25 mmol/L phosphate concentration, and had a less inhibition to the bud and root.
