摘 要:为满足固井射孔完井方式的需要,胜利油田在开发实践中形成了水平井全井段射孔技术、水平井分段射孔技术、水平井不均匀射孔技术,以及水平井射孔与限流压裂优化技术。介绍了水平井射孔参数优化技术的原理,建立了水平井变孔密分段射孔的井筒流动数学模型。根据油藏特性、测井资料、井身轨迹、固井质量等资料,优化设计水平井分段数量、段长、射孔方位角等射孔参数,可发挥各射孔段的开发潜能,提高最终采收率。水平井射孔参数优化可控制限流压裂的裂缝延伸,降低破裂压力,与裂缝设计相结合进行分段限流压裂,可提高低渗透油藏储量动用率及采收率。该射孔优化技术在胜利油田取得了良好的应用效果。To meet the needs of the cementing perforation completion, the full horizontal interval perforating technology, horizontal well multi-zone perforating technology and horizontal well irregular perforating technology have been developed in log practice, and the horizontal wells perforating and limited entry fracturing optimization technology has been worked out as well. This paper introduces the principle of horizontal well perforating parameter optimization technology, and establishes wellbore flow model for horizontal well multi-zone perforation with various shot densities. In accordance with reservoir characteristics, log data, wellbore trajectory, cementing quality and other information, we could optimize horizontal well perforating parameters, such as subsection number, subsection length, perforating azimuth angle and so on, which makes the perforting work well and eventurally improves reservoir production. Perforating parameter optimization could control the fracture stretch of the limited entry fracturing, decrease fracturing pressure, which combines with fracture design could improve oil recovery and well productivity of low permeability reservoir. The practical applications of this technology in Shengli oilfield achieve good effect.
