摘  要:针对新型多层片式氧传感器,研究了在多层钇稳定氧化锆(YSZ)固体电解质的层间,添加多孔YSZ夹层后对多层YSZ固体电解质抗热震性能的影响。采用流延制膜、等静压成型、程序控制烧结的方法,制备了含多孔夹层的YSZ多层陶瓷试样。通过水冷强度法,获得试样的平均热震残余强度来评价试样的抗热震性能。结果表明,多孔夹层的存在,有利于提高多层YSZ固体电解质的抗热震性能,10%的淀粉造孔可使层状陶瓷的临界热震温差由原来的250℃提高到450℃。电镜分析表明,多孔夹层中的孔洞可捕捉热震时热应力引起的裂纹,抑制裂纹的无偏转生长,减弱多层陶瓷的热震后脆裂。夹层中细密的孔洞比稀疏的大孔更有利于提高材料的抗热震性能。Focusing on a new multilayer oxygen sensor, the thermal shock resistance of muhilayer yttria stabilized zirconia(YSZ) with a porous interlayer has been studied. By means of the casting film, isostanic pressing, sintering process control method, we obtained YSZ muhilayer ceramic samples containing porous interlayer. Thermal shock residual strength of laminated ceramic was tested by water-cooled-bending test to evaluate the thermal shock resistance of the samples. The results show that, the introduce of porous interlayer conduces to the improvement of resistance of thermal shock of multilayer YSZ solid electrolyte,holes made by joining 10% of starch can make the thermal shock temperature difference of the layered ceramic from 250 ℃ to 450 ℃. Electron microscopy analysis shows that, the porous interlayer can capture the thermal shock crack, inhibit crack growth, weaken the muhilayer ceramic thermal shock crack. Dissection of fine holes than sparse big hole is more advantageous to enhance the thermal shock resistance of the materials.
