摘 要:为了研究福寿螺消化腺组织结构及其在饥饿条件下的结构变化。本研究采用石蜡切片、苏木精-伊红染色技术进行观察分析。结果表明:福寿螺消化腺上皮由消化细胞和嗜碱性细胞组成;消化腺中有大量黑色颗粒物,主要位于消化小管隐窝处;饥饿胁迫30天后,福寿螺消化腺组织结构发生了明显的变化,主要表现为消化细胞的衰竭,这个过程伴随着机体对消化腺物质的利用,为一种能量代偿作用。可见,消化腺不仅是福寿螺消化和储能的重要器官,在饥饿情况下对其生存也起着重要作用。To study the digestive gland tissue structure of Ampullaria gigas and its structural changes in hungry condition, the paraffin section and hematoxylin-eosin staining techniques were used for observation and analysis. The results were as follows: the digestive gland epithelium of A. gigas consisted of digestive cells and basiphil cells. In the digestive gland, there were a large number of black granules mainly located in the crypts of digestive tubules. After continued thirty-day hungriness, the tissue structure of digestive gland of A. gigas changed significantly and the most prominent change was the degeneration of digestive cells. This process was associated with the utilization of digestive gland material, which was a kind of energy metabolism. In conclusion, the digestive gland of A. gigas was not only an important digestion and reserve organ, but also played an important role in survival under starvation.
