土霉素在黄颡鱼肌肉组织中残留消除规律的研究

摘　　要：为研究土霉素在黄颡鱼肌肉组织中残留消除规律。在水温25℃条件下,以每天100mg/kg的剂量,连续5天口灌土霉素后定时取样,采用高效液相色谱法检测。结果显示:黄颡鱼肌肉组织中土霉素的平均回收率为80.2%,方法检出限为0.05μg/g。研究结果表明:土霉素在黄颡鱼肌肉组织中消除缓慢,其含量降到0.1μg/g的休药期为46天。In order to study the elimination of Oxytetracycline in Pelteobagrus fulvidraco muscle. At 25℃ water temperature, following oral administration at a dose of 100 mg/kg of OTC per day for 5 days, the fish were sampled at certain time, and the concentration were determined by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. The average recovery rate of OTC in P. fulvidraco muscle was 80.2%, and the limit of detection was 0.05 μ g/g. The results revealed that the elimination of OTC from muscle of P. fulvidraco was very slow, the withdrawal period of OTC in the muscle of P. fulvidraco was 46 days until the concentration of OTC reducing to 0.1 μ g/g under there experiment conditions.
