摘 要:茎柔鱼(Dosidicus gigas)广泛分布在东太平洋海域,是一种重要的经济捕捞种类。本文根据2003~2010年我国鱿钓船在秘鲁外海的生产统计数据和遥感获取的海表温度(SST)数据,利用典型相关性分析法和Marine Explore软件分析了茎柔鱼的资源丰度和补充量(以单位捕捞努力量渔获量为指标,t.d-1)与栖息海域20°N~20°S、70°W~110°W各渔区SST的相关性,获得影响秘鲁外海茎柔鱼资源丰度和补充量的SST因子,并建立关系模型。结果表明,当年资源丰度与SST的相关性最高值为5月份92.5°W、12.5°N海区(相关系数为0.94,P<0.001),该海区SST最适范围为29.8~30.5℃;下一年度资源补充量丰度指数与当年SST的相关性最高值为6月份98.5°W、11.5°N海区的(相关系数为0.93,P<0.01),该海区SST最适范围为29.1~30.5℃。同时,分别建立了基于SST因子的资源丰度预测模型(P<0.01)。研究认为,秘鲁外海茎柔鱼资源丰度和补充量可较好利用SST因子进行预测。Jumbo flying squid, Dosidicus gigas, is widely distributed in the Eastern Pacific and it is the most important commercial species in the area. Based on the fishing data collected by Chinese squid jigging fleets in the waters off Peru and sea surface temperature (SST) by remote sensing data from 2003 to 2010, the methods of canonical correlation analysis and Marine Explore software were used to analyze the correlation between the abundance index of Dosidicus gigas (represented by catch per fishing effort, t ~ d-1) and SST in the fishing grounds of 20~ N - 20~ S and 70~ W - 110~ W, and the suitable factor of SST affecting the abundance index of Dosidicus gigas in the waters off Peru was obtained and the relationship equation was established. The results indicated that the highest correlation coefficient between abundance index and SST was 0.94(P 〈0.001 ) in May of the year, the location was 92.5~W and 12.5~N and the favorable SST range was 29.8~C - 30.5~C. The highest correlation coefficient between SST in June and recruitment abundance index of the next year was 0.93 (P 〈0.01 ) , and the location was 98.5~W and 11.5~N and the favorable SST range was 29.1 ~C - 30.5 ~C. Meanwhile, based on the suitable SST, the prediction model between abundance index and SST (P 〈 0.01 ) was established. The results showed that SST could be used to predict the abundance index and recruitment of D. gigas in the waters off Peru EEZ.
