摘  要:介绍了北疆电厂1 000MW超超临界锅炉过热器减温水调节阀堵塞情况,对减温水调节阀堵塞原因进行分析,得出给水中Fe3O4在一定温度、压力条件下析出是调节阀堵塞的主要原因。结合实际,提出治理过热器减温水调节阀堵塞的措施,最终以给水加氧处理和调节阀笼套结构改选最为有效。An introduction is being presented to the blockage situation in the superheater attemperating water control valve for a 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical boiler in Beijiang Power Plant. It is found by analysis that the main cause of blockage comes from the Fe304 separated in water under certain temperature and pressure conditions. Corresponding countermeasures are proposed by taking into account the actual conditions, among which following measures are effective, i.e. oxygenating the feed water and changing the structure of the valve cage.
