摘  要:为了解决在高炉烟尘环境中测量铁沟内铁水温度的问题,以黑体空腔辐射理论为基础,研制了一种便携式高温辐射测温仪,用于测量高炉铁沟铁水的温度.介绍了测温仪的设计原理,并进行了实验分析.现场试用结果表明,该测温仪能够在线连续测量铁水温度,具有抗热震性能好、测量精度高、重复性强、响应速度快及无耗材、无污染等优点,其测量结果与热电偶测温结果基本吻合,最大误差为0.5%.In the smoke and dust environment of blast furnace,to solve the puzzled technique of measuring temperature of iron melt in iron runner,based on the theory about blackbody radiation,a portable high-temperature-radiation-thermometer has been developed,which can be used for the measurement of iron in the hot metal temperature.We detail the design principle of the instrument,and present the experimental analysis.The trial results show that,the temperature of molten iron can be measured continuously by this thermodetector.Moreover,the thermometer has more excellent performance,such as good thermal shock resistance,high precision,strong repeatability,fast response,no supplies,and no pollution.The measurement results using this thermometer has a margin of maximum 0.5% compared with the results by thermocouple.
