摘　　要：目的探讨不稳定骨盆骨折手术治疗的预后相关影响因素。方法我院不稳定骨盆骨折患者共78例,给予手术治疗,术后行随访,根据Matta评分标准确定治疗效果,并观察包括年龄、性别、体型、合并伤、受伤原因、骨折类型、手术时机、术后并发症情况、术后康复治疗情况,所有数据行统计学处理。结果按照Matta评分标准计算,髋关节功能优:35例,良:24例,可:10例,差:9例,优良率为75.6%。术后2例患者合并有双下肢不等长,4例髋关节强直,11例创伤性关节炎,2例出现神经损伤后遗症。影响不稳定骨盆骨折预后的Logistic分析中表明,骨折类型、手术时间和术后并发症情况为影响不稳定骨盆骨折患者预后的独立危险因素。结论骨折类型、手术时间和术后并发症情况为影响不稳定骨盆骨折患者预后的独立危险因素。Objective To investigate the prognosis factors research of unstable pelvic fracture surgery.Methods Unstable pelvic fracture 78 patients were selected in our hospital, all patients treat with surgery, and follow-up in postoperative, Matta score standard to determine the treatment effect, to observe the age, gender, size, merger injury, injury reason, fracture type, operation time, postoperative complications, postoperative rehabilitation treatment, the data with statistics processing. Results According to the Matta score standard calculation shows that ： 35 cases was excellent,24 cases, was good, 10 cases was general ,9 cases was poor,the excellent rate was 75.6%o Two cases with bilateral lower limb differ long after surgery,4 cases with hip joint stiffness, 11 cases of traumatic arthritis, 2 cases with nerve damage sequela. The Logistic analysis showed that fracture type, duration of surgery, and the postoperative comp.lications were the independent risk factors affect the prognosis of unstable pelvic fractures . Conclusion The fracture type, duration of surgery, and the postoperative complications was the independent risk factors of affect the unstable pelvic fractures patients prognosis.
