页岩气在中国的发展及对钢管业的影响

摘　　要：简述了世界页岩气的开发前景,介绍了我国在开发页岩气试验和生产过程中,集成和发展钻井技术尤其是页岩气开发水平井配套工程技术取得的重大进展,分析了页岩气的开发对我国石油专用管发展的影响。指出,由于中国页岩气储层埋深相比美国更深,油井管在高端品质套管方面的需求更大;页岩气在开发过程中应用了分段压裂和分采工艺技术,对油套管力学性能要求更高,需具有良好的抗内压以及水平延伸部分具有承受拉、压、扭循环载荷的能力。In this article, it briefly presented the development prospect of shale gas in the world, introduced the integration and development for drilling technology, especially for the significant progress of shale gas development of horizontal well matching engineering technology during test and production process, analyzed the influence of shale gas in China OCTG development. It also pionted out that the shale gas reservoirs depth in China is deeper than that of in America, and the demand of high quality oil well pipe is greater in China. In addition, it adopted section fracturing and mining technology in shale gas development, so the requirments to casing and tubing mechanical properties are higher, the casing and tubing should be provided with good performance, such as resistance to internal pressure and horizontal extension can undergo pulling, pressing, twist cyclic loading capability.
