摘　　要：以上海世博会代表上海参展的住宅案例——"沪上·生态家"为实践样本,从设计与实施的角度,通过模数—模块—模式的研究,面向新建和既有住宅,探讨住宅产业化范畴内住宅可持续发展的绿色实践与思考。This Paper takes ＂Shanghai Eco-house＂ for Word Expo 2010 which represent Shanfzhai to participate in an exhibition as a practice sample and orients newly constructed and constructed houses to discuss the green practice and thinking on the sustainable development of housing within the housing industrialization scope through the research on modulus-module-mode and from both design and implementation perspectives.
