摘　　要：在对长三角地区村镇住宅围护结构构造现状进行调研的基础上,结合当地的气候与经济技术特点,进行建筑构造技术措施的分析探讨并提出建议,为今后的村镇住宅建设提供一定的参考。This Paper analyzes and discusses technical measures for building structures, and proposes some suggestions in combination with local climate, economic, and technological characteristics based on the survey of the current situation of enclosure structures of buildings in villages and towns of Yangtze River Delta regions, which may provide a reference for the construction of village and town houses in the future.
