摘　　要：目的通过对西安市某高校离退休教职员工死亡率、死亡原因进行分析，为进一步制定疾病控制规划和预防疾病策略，降低死亡率提供科学依据。方法运用回归分析法对某高校2002—2011年10年间离世的离退休人员病例资料进行分析。结果死亡人数集中分布在70岁-80岁年龄组，男女之间有显著差异（P〈0．01）。各种肿瘤疾病居死因之首，心脏病次之，多器官功能衰竭住列第三。结论为降低高校离退休职工死亡率，应采取以下措施：帮助离退休职工养成良好生活习惯；重视疾病的预防与治疗。Objective：The purpose of this study is to provide a scientific basis for the further development of disease control programs and disease prevention strategies to reduce mortality through analysis of the cause of death of retired faculty in a university in Xi ＇an. Methods： Using regression analysis to analyze information on a college 2002 - 2011 death cases of retired personnel. Results： The deaths are concentrated in the 70 - year - old - 80 years old age group, there is a significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ） between men and women. Various tumor diseases were the major cause of death, next was the cardiac disease and then the multiple organ failure. Conclusions ：The following measures could be taken to reduce mortality of college retired workers, namely, helping retired worker develop good habits in daily life; attaching more importance in disease prevention and treatment; colleges and universities should pay more attention to build healthy living environment.
