摘　　要：近年来血液灌流已成为治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的有效治疗方法,但由于此技术属于有创操作,风险大,所需费用高,对家长及患儿的生理、心理健康及社会生活各方面均会产生负性影响。探讨针对这些儿童进行心理分析,将心理干预与临床治疗相结合,即加强对家长的基础知识教育,对患儿家长进行心理辅导;对过敏性紫癜儿童进行心理治疗,可以提高治疗质量。In recent years, hemoperfusion has become one of the most effective treatment methods for children suffering from anaphylactoid purpura, but because this technology is an invasive operation, have high risk, cost high, it can brings negative impact on children in physical, psychological health and social aspects. Discussion on psychological analysis for these children, psychological intervention combined with clinical therapy, namely, strengthen the basic knowledge of parent education, psychological guidance for parents ; psychological treatment on children allergic purpura, can improve the quality of treatment.
