摘　　要：医德价值观是医院文化的灵魂,高尚的医德品质是医院文化实践的内在动力。当前医德建设中存在的主要问题:部分医务人员医德意志不坚定;少数医务人员服务不到位;医德管理失范。提出了以医德建设为核心,塑造优秀的医院文化的对策;加强良好的医德修养,提升医务人员的文化自觉;加强医院制度建设;培育医院建设。Medical ethics values is the soul of hospital culture, noble medical ethics quality is the inner motive power of hospital culture practice. The main problems existing in the construction of medical ethics ： part of the medical staff medical ethics is not determined; a few of the medical staff services; management of medical ethics anomie. This paper proposed that should take the construction of medical ethics as the core, to establish a good hospital culture, by strengthening the good medical ethics tutelage, enhancing the cultural consciousness of medical staff; strengthening the construction of the hospital system; cultivating the hospital construction.
