摘  要:为了从微观和动力学的角度揭示聚合物包膜肥料氮素释放的机理,研究了不同介质的蒸汽压对国内外生产工艺、养分释放机理不相同的4种聚合物包膜肥料中的氮素释放特性的影响。结果表明:在水、KH2PO4饱和溶液、KCl饱和溶液3种介质蒸汽压下,4种供试肥料的氮素累积释放率均为:H2O>KH2PO4饱和溶液>KCl饱和溶液,利用一级动力学方程和Arrhenius方程联合得出3种介质蒸汽压下4种供试肥料的氮素释放活化能依次为:H2O<KH2PO4饱和溶液<KCl饱和溶液。缓/控释肥料的氮素累积释放率随包膜层内外的蒸汽压差增大而增大,包膜材料、肥料核心养分类型均影响肥料养分的释放。In order to reveal the mechanism of nitrogen release of polymer-coated fertilizers, the N release characteristic from 4 polymer-coated fertilizers which have different produce technics and nutrition release mechanism was investigated in this paper. The results showed that: based on the experiments of nitrogen release under different vapor pressure, the cumulate release rate of nitrogen from polymer-coated fertilizers was: H2O 〉 saturated solution of KH2PO, 〉 saturated solution of KC1; the nitrogen release activation energy from polymer-coated fertilizers was: H20 〈 saturated solution of KH2P04 〈 saturated solution of KC1. The cumulate release rate of nitrogen from polymer-coated fertilizers increased as the difference between vapor pressure in or out integument increasing, and both the coated materials and the types of nutrient affected the release rate of nitrogen release from fertilizers.
