摘 要:为开发防治鸭跖草的新型生物除草剂,从草茎点霉中分离纯化除草毒素并对其组分的活性进行了初步研究。利用乙酸乙酯浸提获得草茎点霉粗毒素,通过TLC、柱层析和HPLC法对茎点霉粗毒素进行分离,并采用针刺法测定分离组分的除草活性。结果表明,经TLC和柱层析分离后,得到8组组分,其中6号组分活性最高,病斑面积达到10.48mm2。6号组分经HPLC分析后,得到5组馏分,其中4号馏分活性最强,病斑面积达到12.69mm2。In order to develop new bioherbieides for Commelina eommunis control, crude toxin of Phoma herbarum was separated and purified, and its herbicidal activities was analyzed. After extracted by ethyl acetate, the crude toxin was separated with TLC, silica column chromatography and HPLC. The herbicidal activity was tested by pinpricking inoculation at seedling stage. Among the eight components obtained by silica column chromatography and TLC separation, the herbicidal activity of No. 6 component was the highest with 10.48 mm2 lesion area. Five fractions were separated from the No. 6 component by HPLC, No. 4 fraction showed the highest activity. The lesion area reached to 12.69 mm2.
