摘  要:分析了萤火一号(YH-1)火星探测器推迟发射后面临的问题,给出地面可靠性保证和超期产品可靠性保证等延寿措施。分析了器上产品产生的变化,对延寿及可靠性增长进行了研究。对推迟发射状况适应性进行分析,消除薄弱环节,进行复核复算,研究了可靠性增长。结果表明:推迟发射期间采取的延寿及可靠性增长设计措施有效。The problems of YH-I Mars probe which were caused by the launching postponed to extend life were studied in this paper. The measures of the ground reliability and exceed product' reliability were given out. The change of the un-hoard products was analyzed. The life extension and reliability growth were researched. The adaplabilily aflcr launching postponed was also analyzed. The weak line was eliminated. The review and re- compulation were made. The reliability growth was studied. The results showed that the measures of life extension and reliability growth design were effective.
