摘  要:对萤火一号(YH-1)火星探测器结构分系统设计与试验进行了研究。为满足轻型化、高刚度和低剩磁等要求,结构分系统采用复合板式箱体结构,使用镁、铝等轻合金和非磁性材料,对关键连接点进行合理设计以提高连接刚度,对承力框架进行拓扑优化设计以减小质量。力学分析和试验结果表明:YH-1火星探测器结构分系统设计正确,结构可靠,满足中俄双方约定的技术要求。The design and test of the structure subsystem for YH-1 Mars probe were studied in this paper. To meet the requirement of light weight, high rigidity and residual magnetism, the composite plate box, light alloy and non magnetic materials such as magnesium and aluminum were adopted, in the design of the structure subsystem, the key joint was designed to improve the joint rigidity, and the topology optimization of the bearing frame was made to decrease the mass. The results of the mechanical analysis and test showed that the structure subsystem design of YH-1 Mars probe was correct and the structure was reliable, which met the requirements settled by China and Russia.
