摘 要:对萤火一号(YH-1)火星探测器锂离子蓄电池技术进行了研究。介绍了蓄电池组的功能、结构与组成,以及充放电的基本性能。蓄电池组采用拉杆式结构,在电解液中添加低温添加剂以提高低温工作性能,紧固件选用钛合金或铜合金以降低剩磁矩。长期高荷电态搁置试验及各种性能测试的结果表明:锂离子蓄电池组的比能量高、使用温度宽,能满足深空低温环境的应用要求,其中多项技术已推广用于探月工程。The technology of Li-ion battery for YH-1 Mars probe was studied in this paper. The function, structure and composition, and general charge and discharge performance were introduced. The tension bar structure was adopted in the accumulator battery. The agent was added into the electrolyte to improve the performance at low temperature. The titanium and cooper screw and nut were adopted to reduce the residual magnetic moment. The results of the storage at high SOC for long time and various performance test showed that the accumulator battery had characteristics of high energy density and wide operation temperature, which would meet the application requirement of deep space environment. Many technologies had also be used in the China lunar project.
