摘 要:由于苎麻纤维其纤维刚性大,弹性伸长小,纤维间抱合力差,纱线毛羽多且长硬,为解决苎麻/竹纤维混纺纱线在织造过程中的问题,分别探讨了纤维素酶、阳离子DT-587亲水硅油类柔软剂以及复合使用的处理方法对纱线的性能影响。通过正交试验得到酶处理的最佳工艺为:纤维素酶用量2%(owf),pH值4.8,反应温度50℃,处理时间50min,浴比1∶20;再通过1.5%(owf)DT-587硅油类柔软剂,在50℃条件下处理50min,可使混纺纱线的初始模量降低59.56%,纱线刚度明显下降,手感柔软、顺滑。Because ramie fiber has large fiber stiffness, small elastic elongation and poor fiber cohesion force, the yarn has much hairiness and is hard. To solve the problem of ramie/bamboo fiber blended yarn in the weaving process, this paper studied the effects of cellulose enzyme, softening agent-cationic DT-587 hydrophilic silicone oil and compound use method on yarn properties. Through the orthogonal test, the best technological conditions of enzyme treatment were gained as follows: dosage of cellulose enzyme 2% (owl), pH value 4. 8, reaction temperature 50℃, processing time 50min, bath ratio 1:20; then, 1. 5% (ow{) DT-587 silicone oil softening agent was used to process 50rain at 50℃ ; in this way, initial modulus of blended yarns could reduce 59. 56%; the stiffness decreased obviouslv: besides, the varn was soft and smonnth
