改造粗纱机生产新型花式纱线

摘　　要：粗纱须条花式线具有手感柔软、蓬松、保暖性好等优点而广受关注。为解决目前纺织企业现有粗纱机无法做出可直接应用于织造的纱线,因此,本研究实现了对传统FA415粗纱机的改造,并用其生产粗纱须条花式线。通过对粗纱机加装锭座、导纱杆等器件,将原来的单项喂入变为三项喂入,结合纺纱工艺的设计,生产出可直接用于织造的粗纱须条花式线,大大减少了纺纱工艺流程,提高生产效率,增加了企业品种,主要应用于针织和毛织领域。Roving fancy yarn has received great attention due to its advantages of softness, fluffiness and good heat retention property. In order to solve the problem that current textile enterprises cannot make the yarn which can directly be applied in weaving by use of the present roving machine. Therefore, this paper mainly described production of roving fancy yarn through transforming traditional FA415 roving machine. Through installing the spindle seat, yarn guiding device and other devices on the roving machine, the original single feeding was changed to three feeding. In combination of the design of spinning technology, roving fancy yarn which could be directly applied in reduces the enterprises. weaving was finally produced. This greatly process of spinning technology, Such roving machine is mainly used enhances productivity and adds types of for knitting and wool field.
