摘　　要：主要介绍使用小样机开发机织手套的生产实践。通过对手套的原料、组织、花型和规格设计作相关说明;然后,探讨机织手套在生产中"分指"和"贴合手型"两个技术难点;最后,为实现机织手套批量而对织机相关机构的改造做了设想。设计开发的机织手套具有独特的风格特点,贴合手型且弹性适中,手套别致美观,经过简单的缝纫技术和绣花技术等后加工处理便可完成,具有较高的市场价值,给手套行业的未来发展带来新的空间。This paper mainly introduced the productive practice of development of woven gloves by the small sample machine. Firstly, this paper illustrated the raw materials, weave, pattern and specification design of the gloves, and then discussed two technical difficulties in the production of woven gloves： ＂separate the fingers＂ and ＂fit to the shape of hands＂. Finally, this paper proposed some ideas on loom transformation in order to realize batch production of woven gloves. The developed woven gloves had distinctive characteristics, fitted to the shape of hands, and owned comfortable flexibility. Besides, the gloves were unique and beautiful. After simple sewing, embroidery technique and other post-processing, the woven gloves had great market value. This study brings new space for future development of glove industry.
