科技支撑现代农业发展的调查与思考——以湖南省长沙市望城区、沅江市为例

摘　　要：农业科技发展是农业效益和经济增长的引擎,在现代科技支撑下湖南省农业迅速发展,但科技创新体系脱节、推广机构低效率和农民科技素质差的问题延缓了其前进步伐。本文以湖南省望城和沅江地区为例,在四化两型创新视角下通过问卷调查和座谈的方式,了解现代农业科技支撑体系的基本情况,由收集到的有效数据,结合宏观环境与微观背景,从农业科技供给、农业技术中介和农业科技需求三个方面分析存在的主要问题及原因,并在构建科技支撑现代农业发展的运行模式后,从外部环境优化和内部机制创新两方面探讨相应的对策。The development of agriculture technology is the engine of agriculture benefits increasing and economic growth. Supported by the modern scientific technology, the agriculture of Hunan Province has been developing with a rapid speed. However, the backwardness of technological innovation system, low effi- ciency promotion agencies and farmer＇s poor knowledge of technology slow the speed of the advance of Hu- nan agriculture. This paper, which based on the creative background of ＂SiHuaLiangXing＂ and the areas of Wangcheng City and Yuanjiang City, has used the appropriate methods to investigate the present situation of the modern agriculture technology supporting system. And then, we started the directed research based on the collected data. By analyzing the major current problems and reasons, we combined the macroscopic and microcosmic angles, and standed on the technical support, supply, and demand aspects. Later, we construct- ed the moving mechanism to put forward two corresponding countermeasures, which were the internal inno- vation mechanism and the external environment optimization.
