摘　　要：高校学生管理工作是高校学生工作的基础,也是高校工作的重要组成部分。随着我国社会经济的发展与高等教育改革的深化,高校学生管理工作面临新的挑战。高校教育工作者要高度重视学生管理工作呈现的新形势、新问题,并更新管理理念,改进工作方式、方法,提高学生管理工作的针对性与实践性,促进学生管理工作水平的不断提升。The management of college students as the basic work of college students, is an im- portant part of college work. With the development of society and economy in China and the in- depth reform of higher education, the university student management is facing new challenges. Therefore, college educators are supposed to attach great importance to the new situation, and new problems emerging in the student management work, and promote the increase in the level of the student management work by renewing the idea of management, improving work meth- ods, pertinence and practicality of student management work.
