基于“成长规划”的高校新校区学生分段次教育引导的实证研究——以河北农业大学渤海校区为例

摘　　要：以河北农业大学为例,鉴于其新建渤海校区在学生管理中凸显的新矛盾,根据学生自身特点和个性需求,通过指导学生逐步制定并完善个人"成长规划",实施以大学学业规划、业后职业规划、人生发展规划等3个段次推进式的管理方法,达到教育引导学生成长、成功、成才的目标。In view of the highlighted non-traditional contradictions in the student management at the new Bohai campus of Agricultural University of Hebei, according to their own character- istics and individual needs, a three subsection education guidance management model was pro- posed by guiding students through gradual establishment and per{ection of their personal ＂ growth planning＂ as the means, including college planning, career planning, and life develop- ment planning, and ultimately realizing the education guidance of the students＂ growth and suc- cess in the research targets.
