摘　　要：在校生考取导游资格证的通过率较低,如何顺利通过导游人员资格考试是旅游管理专业学生面临的一个难题。笔者根据多年从事《旅游法规》课程的教学的经验,总结归纳相关知识点,以期帮助学生掌握技巧,熟记导游人员及旅行社违反相关法规所承担的法律责任。How to successfully pass the qualification examination for tour guide to increase the lower guide qualification ratio of college students is a problem faced by the students. Based on the long-term teaching experience in Travel Regulations, the induction method is used to teach students to be aware of guide skills and relevant legal liabilities when tour operators and travel agents act against relevant laws and regulations.
