摘 要:多媒体课件是高校多媒体教学活动的主要媒介,是相关教学内容的生动再现和补充,是课程内容体系建设中的一部分,其质量优劣是影响多媒体教学效果的一个重要因素。因此,深入探索、研究多媒体课件评价技术,科学合理的评价多媒体课件对提高高校多媒体教学的质量,使其更好地服务于教育教学具有重要的现实意义。文章讨论了建立评价指标体系的原则,即科学性、完备性、独立性、和实用性4个原则。在该原则指导下设定了教育性、科学性、技术性和艺术性4个多媒体教学课件评价的一级指标,然后分别从这几个方面出发,将其分解成22个更具体的二级指标,通过特尔斐法确定各级评价指标的权重,制定了一套适用于高校的多媒体课件综合评价指标体系。Multimedia courseware as the main media of the university teachmg acttvmes, reuLL- zes vivid reproduction and supplement of the relevant contents of teaching. It is a part of the construction of the system of curriculum content and its quality is an important factor affecting the multimedia teaching effect. Therefore, in-depth exploration of the evaluation technology and scientific and reasonable evaluation of multimedia courseware have important practical sig- nificance to improve the quality of multimedia teaching and better serve the classroom educa- tion. This paper discusses four principles of the establishment on the evaluation index system in scientificness, integrity, independence, and utility, and simultanbeouly, institutes four first-level indicators of education, scientificness, technology and artistic features for multimedi- a teaching courseware evaluation, which are divided into twenty-two more specific sublevel in- dicators, with the weight of each evaluation index confirmed by Delphi to constructe a compre- hensive evaluation index system of university multimedia courseware.
