摘  要:文中介绍的齿片是一种具有50处凸凹配合的超薄型模具零件,需要冲裁挤压0.03mm的铝箔,使其形成蜂窝状。挤压的铝箔不允许有毛刺和拉伤,配合的0.005mm间隙在整个310mm长度的范围内需要有均匀性。通过选择变形极小、硬度是60~64HRC的v4高韧性粉末工具钢,并采用严格控制慢走丝切割的环境条件,合理选择丝型,正确选择电参数,优化选择进丝点和编制齿片切割的程序,使所加工出来的齿片合格率为100%。With 50 convex-concave tooth slice is a kind of ultra-thin mold parts, need cutting extruding 0.03ram aluminum foil, honeycombing. Extrusion of aluminum foil is not allowed to have a burr and strain, together with the 0.005ram gap in the 310 mm length needs to be within the range of the uniformity. By selecting the deformation, 60-64HRC hardness is V4 high toughness of powder tool steels. And adopt strict control walking wire cutting environmental conditions,Rational selection type wire, Correct selection of electrical parameter, Optimal selection and preparation of tooth slice cutting into the centromere program, make the processing of tooth percent of pass is 100%.
