摘 要:根据2011年4月、8月南麂列岛海域进行的渔业资源底拖网调查资料,初步分析了该海域春夏季甲壳类的种类组成、优势种及生物多样性变化。结果表明:该海域春夏两季共捕获甲壳类43种,分属3目18科,其中虾类19种、蟹类22种、虾蛄类2种。其中,春季捕获19种,夏季共捕获32种。春季主要优势种为长角赤虾、鲜明鼓虾、口虾蛄、葛氏长臂虾等,夏季主要优势种有口虾蛄、中华管鞭虾、三疣梭子蟹、哈氏仿对虾等。南麂列岛海域不同季节甲壳类多样性指数的季节变化幅度不大,相对而言,夏季属于多样性较高的季节。Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H′)的平均值夏季较高,春季较低。Pielou均匀度指数(J′)平均值也是夏季高于春季。春夏两季甲壳动物平均重量密度分别为13.36 kg/km2和40.87 kg/km2,尾数密度分别为7.03×103ind/km2和6.97×103ind/km2。从站位分布来看,重量密度和尾数密度分布趋势一致。On the basis of the survey data of fishery resources bottom trawl in Nanji islands in April and August 2011, the species composition, dominant species and variations of biological diversity of the sea are preliminary analyzed. The results suggested that there were 48 species of fishes been identified in the survey area, belonging to 3 orders and 18 genera, including 19 species of shrimps,22 species of crabs and 2 species of squilla. 19 species were catched in spring, and 32 in autumn. The dominant species in spring were Metape- naeopsis longirostris, Alpheus distinguendus, Oratosquilla oratoria, Palaemon gravieri, etc. while in swmmer O.oratoria, Solenocera crassicornis, Portunus trituberculatus, Parapenaeopsis hardwickii, etc. were the dominant species. The amplitude of variation in different seasons of diversity indexes is not wide, relatively speaking, the diversity indexes are higher in summer. The average of Shannon-Wiener diversity index (H') is higher in sum-mer, and the lower in spring. The average of Pielou evenness index (J') is also higher in summer than in spring. Weight density was 13.36 kg/km2 and individual density was 7.03x103 ind/km2 in spring, and and 6.97x103 ind/km2 in summer respectively.
