摘　　要：为探索浙江省县级林地数据库年度变更调查技术方法,以龙泉市为例,运用RS、GIS、数据库等技术,对地类、管理属性变化图斑进行了变更,形成了林地现状数据库,获取了地类、森林类别等动态变化结果,分析了细班图斑上图、遥感影像局限性、操作细则完善、林业信息系统整合等方面的问题,并提出改进的建议。In order to explore the annual technical method of forest land change survey database of Zhejiang Province, we take Longquan County as a pilot county and use RS, GIS, database technology to update land groups and management attributes of mutative polygons. Therefore, we form the current database and obtain the dynamic changes of the land groups and forest categories. Also, the current problems about subplot polygons drafting, limitations of remote sensing images, improving of operation detailed regulations, integration of forestry information systems and so on have been analyZed and discussed in this paper.
