摘　　要：对劳动力供给和需求现状的分析有利于正确认识地区就业形势。从统计学视角分析劳动力供给现状和劳动力需求现状,可以看出陕西省劳动力供大于求的矛盾将会持续一段时期。应大力发展经济,调整教育培养结构,发展第三产业和住宿餐饮文化行业,鼓励劳动力自主就业。Discussing on the supply and demand of labor force is very helptul 1or the correct unaerstanding of regional employment situation. From a statistical perspective, after analyzing of supply and demand of labor force, we can see that the oversupply of labor will maintain some years in Shaanxi. We must make great efforts to develop the economy, adjust the training structure, develop the tertiary industry, the lodg- ing industry, the food and beverage industry, the cultural industries, and to encourage the self-employment.
