中心城区人口变动与经济社会协调发展的几点思考——以厦门市思明区为例

摘　　要：结合第六次人口普查的数据,以厦门市思明区为例,分析中心城区人口规模、人口素质、结构分布以及迁移流动的变化对经济社会发展的影响,提出促进人口与经济社会协调发展的关键措施,即通过解决产业结构与人口结构的联动发展问题:一方面,促进产业结构调整,增加生产服务业和生活服务业的比重,促进第三产业内部结构的优化升级,以应对人口结构变化;另一方面,提高人口素质尤其是青少年和劳动年龄人口的素质,优化人口结构,合理控制人口总量,以促进产业转型升级。Taking the Siming district of Xiamen as an example,this paper analyses the effect of population scope, population quality, population structure and migration population on the development of economy and society on the base of the sixth national census. It is suggested that the most important countermeasure to achieving balanced de-velopment among population and economics is to make mutual promotion of population situation and industrial struc- ture. We should adjust the industrial structure and raise the proportion of the service industry to match the change of population structure on the one hand, increase population quality, especially the teenagers and the working-age pop-ulation quality, upgrade composition of population and control total population to match the industrial structure on the other hand. Thus a coordinated development of population,economy and society can be achieved.
