摘　　要：目的 :研究雌二醇对大鼠心脏分泌利钠肽的影响 ,为临床应用提供理论依据。方法 :采用电镜观察右心耳肌细胞心房特殊颗粒 ,放射免疫分析法测定血浆利钠肽水平等研究方法 ,研究雌二醇对心脏分泌利钠肽的影响。结果 :卵巢切除组心房特殊颗粒、血浆利钠肽水平与伪手术组、卵巢切除E2 组相比明显减少 ,差异呈显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :雌二醇对大鼠心脏利钠肽的合成和分泌有促进作用。OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of estradiol to secrete atrial natriuretic peptide in mice heart as a theoretic evidence for clinical practice.METHODS:By transmission electron and plasma radiation immunoassay techniques,to observe atrial specific granule of the right atrial appendage myocytes and atrial natriuretic peptide concentration of plasma and the effects of estradiol to secrete atrial natriuretic peptide in mice heart were studied.RESULTS:The atrial specific granule and atrial natriuretic peptide concentration of plasma in the ovariotomy groups were less than those in the sham operation group and ovariotomy estradiol groups,there was statistically significant difference ( P < 0.05 ).CONCLUSIONS:Estradiol might accelerate the synthesis and secretion of atrial natriuretic peptide in mice heart.
