河北省浅层地温能开发利用现状、问题与对策研究

摘　　要：能源是支撑人类生存和推动社会发展的重要物质基础。长期以来,煤炭作为主要能源在河北省能源体系中占有主导地位。然而,随着河北省经济的快速发展,传统能源的供给日益紧张,而且传统能源碳排放过高,严重威胁着河北省的生态环境。寻找新的替代能源成为缓解能源问题的突破口,浅层地温能资源清洁、可再生的特点逐渐走进人们的视野并引起广泛重视。通过对河北省浅层地温能利用现状的全面调查,找出开发利用过程中存在的问题和制约性因素,为河北省制定促进浅层地温能利用的政策提供参考。Energy is an important material fundamental to support the survival of mankind and to promote the social development. For a long time, coal dominates in energy system of Hebei province. However, with the economic de-velopment, the supply of traditional energy is becoming increasingly scarce. And large amounts of carbon are dis-charged which threatens the ecological environment seriously. Hebei province is actively looking for new alternative energy sources. At the same time, with clean and renewable characteristics, shallow geothermal energy has attrac-ted many researchers＇ attention. Through analyzing the utilization of shallow geothermal energy in Hebei province, the article tries to find out the problems that limit the development of shallow geothermal energy, and puts forward some suggestions to solve them.
