湖南省循环经济发展的生态效率测度——基于2001年—2010数据的实证

摘　　要：根据循环经济的本质和生态效率的内涵,借鉴国内外循环经济研究中所建立的生态效率指标体系,构建了度量湖南省循环经济发展的生态效率指标,分析了2001年—2010年间湖南省经济增长及生态效率要素的变化趋势;接着通过生态效率度量模型,运用主成分分析法,分别测算了湖南省10年间各年的资源效率、环境效率和生态效率,并对其生态效率及演变趋势进行评价。结果表明,湖南省GDP在10年间呈快速增长的趋势,资源效率与环境效率都有显著提高,生态效率增长了1.32倍,而自然输入要素的效率变动则呈现不同规律。On the base of the essentials of circular economy and the connotations of eco-efficiency,an eco-efficiency index system for assessing the circular economy of Hunan Province is established with reference to local and interna-tional researches. By using the established index system, variations in the economy and eco-efficiency for the period from 2001 to 2010 are analyzed. Then by the use of eco-efficiency analysis model,the paper calculates the resource efficiency, environmental efficiency and environmental efficiency, and evaluates the eco-efficiency and evolution trends of Hunan Province during 10 years according to the data of Hunan Province from 2001 to 2010 and using the method of principle componential analyses. The results indicate that Hunan provincial GDP achieves a high and rap-id growth during the last 10 years. The resource efficiency and environmental efficiency of Hunan Province has im-proved and eco-efficiency increased byl. 32 times. Concurrently eco-efficiency indicators display different changing laws.
