摘　　要：在当代,全球化以摧枯拉朽之力显现在经济、文化等各个领域,涉外民商事关系受到其深刻的影响而呈现出法律趋同化。全球经贸领域合作交往的加深、国际组织影响力的提升等等均为法律趋同化提供了基础。另一方面,法律的趋同化以直接和间接两种形式表现出来。国际统一实体法的发展作为法律趋同化直接的表征显示出强劲的生命力。The contemporary globalization is rapidly presented at different fields such as economic and cultural ones. Along with this development trend, the foreign-related civil and commercial relationship makes its laws be unified. The deep cooperation of global trade and the promotion of international organizations＇ influence provide the founda-tion for the unification of the law. Moreover, the unification of laws is presented out in direct mode and indirect mode. As a direct presentation of law unification, the development of international unified entity law shows strong vitality.
