摘　　要：学科馆员制度作为全新的办馆理念和服务方式,已在我国多数高校中实施。分析了高校大学生失信行为产生的根源及学科馆员的职责要求,提出了学术诚信教育是学科馆员教育职责的拓展,并对学科馆员在学术诚信教育中的策略进行了探讨。Subject librarians system has been implemented among most universities as totally new library management idea and service strategy. Academic creditability education was considered to be educational responsibility extension by analyzing the source of college students faithless and demands of librarian＇s responsibility, and the strategy of academic creditability education to librarians was discussed.
