丹参预防椎管内术后硬膜外粘连的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 观察丹参水溶性成分预防椎板切除术后硬膜外粘连的效果.方法 32只NCW兔随机分为4组：空白组(C)、明胶海绵组(GS)、游离脂肪组(FF)及丹参组(RA),行L5、L7全椎板切除术,于术后2周、4周、6周、8周行静脉增强CT检查后分别处死动物行大体观察、组织学观察及透射电镜观察.结果RA组术后各期硬膜外胶原纤维生成量明显少于其它各组.结论 半流质状丹参水溶性药液具有抗纤维化,抑制成纤维细胞、炎性细胞的渗出,激活单核／吞噬细胞系统,促进胶原纤维蛋白降解的作用,可达到很好的三维防粘效果,是预防硬膜外粘连的理想药物.Objective To observe the effect of the Radix Slviae Miltiorrhizae＇s water－soluble ingredients on preventing the epidural fibroscar adhesion EPFA． Methods The laminectomies were performed at L5 and L7 in thirty－two NCW rabbits divided randomly into four groups they were called respectively control group C free fat group FF gelatin sponge group GS and Radix Slviae Miltiorrhizae group RA． Gross observation histological examination and transmission electron microscope were undertaken for assessing EPFA respectively at 246 and 8 weeks postoperation． Results The quantity of collagen fiber in RA was obviously less than other groups． Conclusion The water－soluble Radix Slviae Miltiorrhizae semi－liquid can prevent the migration of fibroblasts and inflammatory cells inhibit the proliferation of fibroblasts stimulate the mono－phagocyte system and promote the degradating reaction of the collagoen fibril． The Radix Slviae Miltiorrhizae water－soluble ingredients can easily be absorbed and has minor side effect． It is an ideal medicine to prevent postoperative epidural fibrosis．
