摘　　要：师资队伍建设是高校生存与发展的根本。提高教师的实验教学能力对于改善高校教学过程,增强教学形式的灵活性、直观性、趣味性有很大的促进作用。在实验教学中提高教学人员的教学能力是最有效的方法。对实验教学进行全程录像,开展实验教学能力培养,成为一种全新的教师队伍建设方法。较为详细地介绍了促进高校实验教学教师队伍建设的具体方法与管理措施。The construction of teaching staff is essential for the survival and development of universities. Improving teachers＇ experimental teaching ability can greatly promote the perfection of the teaching process and strengthen the flexibility, intuitivism and interest of teaching form. The most effective way is to improve the experimental teaching ability of the experimental teaching staff in the process of the experimental teaching. Therefore, we can video the whole process of experimental teaching. Accordingly, improving the experimental teaching ability of the whole teaching staff can be a new mechanism for the construction of teaching staff. This thesis based on the construction of this new mechanism tries to give a detailed introduction of the construction methods and management measures.
