摘　　要：简要介绍了单燃料天然气汽车的基本情况,分析了发展单燃料天然气公共交通工具的社会意义和经济效益,指出了单燃料天然气汽车的发展潜力和发展中所面临的问题,并给出了相关建议。The single fuel natural gas （NG） vehicle is briefly introduced in the paper. The social significance and economic benefits to develop the single fuel NG vehicle are also analyzed. The development potential and the faced problems of the single fuel NG engine are respectively pointed out, and the advice is also given.
