天然气处理厂蒸发式冷凝器化学清洗评价

摘　　要：针对中国石油长庆油田分公司榆林天然气处理厂丙烷蒸发式冷凝器结垢严重、换热效率下降等运行现状,为保证天然气脱水脱烃系统的正常、高效运行,开展了蒸发式冷凝器化学清洗作业。清洗实施后,对蒸发式冷凝器进行了分析评价,结果显示:清洗前后排气压力最大压降达到198kPa,排气温度最高温降达到10℃,清洗效果明显。Aiming at the serious operational status of scaling and heat transfer declined in e-vaporative condenser, to ensure that the gas dehydration dealkylated system running normal-ly and efficient,carried out the evaporative condenser chemical cleaning operations. After the clean implementation, has carried on the analysis appraisal to the evaporative condenser, the result show that after cleaning, the exhaust pressure maximum pressure drop to 198 kPa, ex-haust temperature maximum temperature drop to 10 ℃, the cleaning effect is obvious.
